So what is a guitar chord rock anyway?
Guitar rock, or should I say rock guitar heavy, is mostly played with guitar chord called power chords.
A power chord consists of only two notes, which are often the note root, with the note of the string is the name of, and footnote 5, which is the footnote 5 in scale than the string is appointed.
Well, let's cut the talk technique and see the easy way.
A more or less regular chord has three notes, which are the root, third and fifth. In minor chords, the third note is flattened.
Take away the third note and no matter how major or minor. That's a power chord. These more powerful sound when played through a distortion pedal or a saturated amplifier.
Here is how you would normally play a power chord.
These are played on chain 4, 5 and 6, where the three chains wound on an electric guitar, the 6th string is the thickest.
Lest you start with a power chord E, also known as an E5 chord.
- Play the 6th string in the air – the root note (E).
- 2nd Place finger behind the 2nd fret on the string of 5 – note 5 of the rope.
- Place the finger behind the 3rd fret 2nd to the 4th string (This is the Following the note an octave above)
The other three strings of the guitar must be silent so it's best to find a way to silence the rest of his index finger on them and try not to strum them.
This same type of power chord played in a higher position on the fretboard fingering would next.
Let's use a G5 as an example.
- Place your index finger on the 6th string at the 3rd fret – the note root (G)
- Place your finger on the string behind the 5th fret 5.
- The fourth finger (pinkie) on the 4th string behind 5th fret.
Here you can see we're playing the root note with the index finger, so in order to silence the thinnest strands three, that only the index finger can rest on top of them so that no sound.
These are the types of furniture line, so once you have the names note of all the dishes at the E string, you will know where to play according to whatever you want. You can also these types of chords out of the root notes in other chains, too.
The guitar chords rock trap.
The previous set of guitar chords tuning is all done with standard. By tuning the 6th string from an email to a D, you can now play these chords with one finger.
These are still played using only the 4th, 5th and 6th string, so the downside is that used to work with the root notes of other chains.
This is called Drop D tuning, or Dropped D tuning. The lowest rope can play a chord that is D5, which is the open 6th, 5th and 4th string.
It's time there, with your index finger behind the 2nd fret, you have the E5 chord and so on. These are all the furniture line, which means that only slide up and down the frets to get the string you want.
