Which is exactly what you will about the personalization of a tube amplifier two tubes of EL-34?
We have a Genz Benz amp 60c The Devil, and we're putting on a pair EL-34 power tubes, and a set of three 12AX7s JJ, and they also have toi bias. Anyway, we need only learn how.
Usually, only feeding tubes (EL34's) would require polarization – which has to do with adjusting voltage, which is a 12AX7 tube preamp and are almost plug and play. If you've never done before polarization (and appears not to have), do not mess with it, take the matter to a local shop with experience and technology that has been done before.
