"I can add more power to a junior fender blues?

I wondered if maybe I could replace the tubes and speaker Fender blues junior with my powerful substitutes to increase the power of 15 watts to perhaps 40 or less. I was thinking about doing this and buy a Fender hot rod deluxe cabin to go along with it to create basically a more powerful amplifier without having to spend the money on a new fender 40 watt combo amp. If someone can tell me if that is possible, and if so what kind of pipe would help, would be greatly appreciated =] Thanks
