Recommendations for a combo of smallmouth bass?

I'm starting to come into smallmouth fishing under now! I really do not have a full set of rod smallie but have been using one of my big mouth light sticks. I'm looking at about $ 140 for the maximum price, but something around $ 120 for the combo would be more ideal. Do not have a lot of cash from now, so something a little cheaper side. I prefer a spinning combo. I'm looking for another President Pflueger but it be perhaps a lite stik ugly? I'm looking for more than one all-purpose Rod. I'm especially going to throw 2 and 3 "worms, small templates, and perhaps a Crankbaits few.
