how hot is a natural gas flame?
If measuring a flame powered of natural gas what would the temperature be?
It depends on how much air (oxygen ) is mixed with it e.g. a flame from a cigarette lighter is not very hot ( ~ 599 ºC) but in a bunsen burner or BBQ where it is better mixed with air is much hotter > 1000ºC
